Is this a game changer to replace Franklin Bifocals???

jefe posted this in the pro’s forum and I wonder what others think.

I’m not sure if this is available as a multifocal.

3D printed lenses that provide equivalent optics and properties to trivex(?).

Sounds like a game changer for some specialty prism prescriptions.

https://randdoptical.com/3d-printed-lenses/

The rx that prompted his reply was the need for 4^ out distance and 1^ in near only OU.

Or at least I think I am interpreting that correctly.

It seems that currently only 2 wholesale labs have this.

Calling all you lab guru’s, with that voodoo, that you do, so well!!!
