Bilateral Optic Nerve Edema in Adolescents

Hello, Dr. Shaina Sullivan here. For my lecture I have a couple of case examples of bilateral optic nerve head edema in pediatric patients. With these cases I discuss possible differentials (mainly how to differentiate papilledema and pseudopapilledema) and present an algorithm that you can use in your own practice to guide your decision making. There is no cut and dry answer to how to address these cases. It will vary on a case-by-case basis. I have no doubt that other doctors may have addressed these cases differently. I welcome any critique or discussion, and I hope that you find it interesting!

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments :)
